We quote what we charge. The only exceptions are genuinely unforeseeable structural defects — and we document and discuss those with you before doing a dollar of additional work.
We won't take a job we can't do well, and we won't tell you what you want to hear just to win the work. If your layout won't work, we'll say so and suggest what will.
Renovation is disruptive. We can't change that — but we can contain it. End-of-day clean-ups, dust barriers, and floor protection are standard on every job.
